Shipping policy

When will my package ship?

• All orders are processed 24- 48 hours from time of placement Monday thru Thursday.
• Our standard shipping for boutique items takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
• Embroidered items ship in 1-2 weeks.
• We ship using USPS Priority Mail. 
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
• In the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, a claim must be filed with USPS to receive a refund.
• PLEASE NOTE: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

How do I track my order?

• A confirmation email will be sent directly to the email provided upon placing your order with Sew Adorable.
• Once processing has begun you will receive an email with specific tracking for your order.
